Sick, just sick...
It's almost as if the parable of the "Good Samaritan" came to life in this story. One problem though, the good samaritan never showed up and the guy on the side of the road died.
For crying out loud, a guy was a foot away! He even turned to look at the guy lying there, dying? dead? on the ground and then turned his back. There ought to be a law against that!
